The total cost can be divided into two parts: Government Fees and Professional Fees.
A. Government Registration Fees
This fee is paid to the Office of the Company Registrar (OCR) and depends entirely on your authorized capital. Authorized capital is the maximum amount of shares your company is allowed to issue.
